Carnoustie for a dry run

David has been to Carnoustie for a dry run prior to being asked to meet the with the world's golfing press when they attend The Open Championship in mid July. It will be the first time the Rattray Bronzes will be given any column inches in the media.

Eric with John Rattray

One of the most recent orders for a bronze was placed by Mr & Mrs Milne of St Andrews Fife. Our photograph shows Eric with John Rattray outside the headquarters of the family business Fisher & Donaldson in Cupar. Eric and his relations were great sponsors of Golf & Thistle's previous project when partnering the National Trust for Scotland and rebuilding Kingarrock, a 1920s golf course for play with hickory clubs.
